1. Acceptance of terms

By registering, purchasing or accessing an Emperor Keys service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the policies linked from this page. If the participant is under 18, the registration should be made with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2. About our services

Emperor Keys provides online music education, including beginner classes, recorded lessons, live sessions, WhatsApp-based learning, PDFs, courses and related educational support. The exact inclusions, schedule, duration, price and access conditions shown on the applicable registration or sales page form part of the offer.

3. Registration and batch allocation

Registration is confirmed after successful payment or other confirmation issued by Emperor Keys. For batch-based programs, students may be placed into the upcoming available batch. Batch dates, timings or delivery arrangements may be adjusted when reasonably necessary, and important changes will be communicated through the available contact details.

4. Payments

Prices shown on the registration page apply at the time of purchase unless an obvious technical or pricing error has occurred. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. A transaction is treated as successful only after confirmation from the relevant payment system or Emperor Keys.

5. Personal use only

Class videos, PDFs, recordings, lesson materials, links, group content and other learning resources are provided for the registered student's personal educational use only. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, publicly upload, share paid access, reproduce or commercially exploit Emperor Keys content without written permission.

6. WhatsApp groups and live sessions

Participants must communicate respectfully and avoid spam, harassment, inappropriate content, unauthorized promotion, sharing of private group information or disruption of live sessions. Emperor Keys may remove a participant from a group or session for serious or repeated misuse. Such removal does not automatically create a refund entitlement.

7. Learning outcomes

Emperor Keys aims to provide practical, beginner-friendly music education. Individual results vary depending on attendance, practice, prior experience, equipment and personal effort. References to learning progress or student outcomes are educational goals and not a guarantee that every student will achieve the same result within a particular period.

8. Technology and third-party platforms

Some services depend on third-party platforms such as WhatsApp, payment gateways, video services, email providers, hosting platforms or meeting software. Temporary interruption caused by these services may be outside Emperor Keys' direct control. We will make reasonable efforts to restore access, provide an alternative or communicate material disruptions.

9. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these terms is intended to remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.

10. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, Emperor Keys owns or is authorized to use the branding, course structure, original lesson content, graphics, text, PDFs, recordings and educational materials made available through its services. Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and appropriate action.

11. Changes and service updates

We may improve, update or reorganize our educational content, delivery methods, schedules or support processes. Material changes affecting a paid registration will be handled reasonably and communicated where appropriate.
